It's a quiet place; a meditative place. It is a shrine, of sorts, that has various chambers that help us achieve solitude, inspiration, beauty, and many times... relief. For Dashy it is typically a place filled with joy. He can be on the cusp a meltdown, and no toy or song or book will make him happy, but here he finds peace, and giggles, and the other day, awe.
It's the bathroom (what did you think I was talking about?!) but to Dash, that day, it could have been a church...
Everything was silent. Dash was transfixed by my magic wand. Deftly I dipped it and then brought it to my lips. With no more than the whisper of a breath I blew into the end and Dashy was surrounded by bubbles...
He was transfixed. They swirled around him. Dancing on the gentle fluctuations in the air. Rising. Falling. Softly landing on the water.
I dipped the wand again and brought it to his lips this time.
He blew and gently, gracefully a bubble began to protrude for the opposite end.
He looked at me, so delighted, so proud, and then giggled...
...and the magical silence was broken. The crevices, once empty in the soundless void, now filled and bulged with tinkling sounds of... laughter.

I keep meaning to use the bubbles in the tub or shower and keep forgetting! You've totally inpsired me not to forget again. It looks like too much fun! Nice job blowing a bubble all on your own Dash!
So poetic...I love it!
